Come and meet in a relaxed atmosphere the people that will be the experts in the field of motor control and motoneuron research tomorrow (in other words, us, the young researchers!).
We are delighted to host the Youg Researchers Party which will take place Sunday, July 11th at 7pm, at the Tribar (20 rue de Lappe, 75011 Paris, France). Undergrads, Grad students, post-docs and young investigator are welcome. 120 persons are expected!
How to get there?
The Tribar [1] is located in a very trendy spot in Paris, "la Bastille". Getting there is easy from anywhere in Paris, the metro station Bastille is on the lines (1) and (5).For instance, here are 2 ways to get there from the conference building:
take the subway at the station "Saint Germain des Prés" (line 4), direction "Porte de Clignancourt". Get off at the station "Chatelet" and transfert (Correspondance) to the line 1, direction "Porte de Vincennes". Get off at "Bastille".
OR, take the bus (number 86) on the boulevard Saint-Germain, and get off at the station Bastille-Faubourg Saint-Antoine.

What is included?
The Tribar is a bar, a restaurant and a nightclub, all at once.
We’ll kick off the evening with an "apéritif" (a starter drink) and then move on to a full blown buffet diner (3 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts, accompanied by wine and water). When you’re full, get your groove on on the dance floor, or enjoy your conversation with a complimentary cocktail.
Included in the registration fees are:
one aperitif drink
diner (and wine!)
one cocktail
cover for the night club.
Extra drinks will be available at the bar for 5-10€. Happy hour will run from 6:30 to 11:30pm.
But Sunday is the soccer World Cup final!
Don’t worry, we’ve thought about soccer fans! The final will be shown on 3 TVs screens. The final starts at 8:30pm local time.
What about my guest?
If you’ve included one or several guests when registering for the meeting, your guests are automatically invited to the young researchers party! So please bring them with you. The more, the merrier! There will be plenty of fun to be had, for scientists and non-scientists alike.
